Sue Bryce Glam dress 1

A little ‘behind the scenes’ glimpse at getting right. You can see in this little fly on the wall that posing takes time and practise. The first 5 shots didn’t work at all. But when you get it right. You get it right. Lots of practise.

  1. Thank you for another fabulous post Sue. I love watching your behind the scenes videos. Such a great insight into how an image is created. It’s great to see a finished picture but it is even more valuable to see what went into getting it. Things like this is what makes us such better photographers! Thank you.

  2. Thanks for this Sue! I’ve been trying to catch the rewatches as much as possible the last few days and am really looking forward to the marketing today. I haven’t purchased the course, I’m just watching it live. Will any of the templates be available to us or do we have to buy the course?

  3. Watching live right now, you are AMAZING. Already sharing “the light that shines” !!
    LOVE from FRANCE

  4. Thank you for sharing this, such an inspiration and makes me excited to practice, practice, practice!

  5. This idea and photos are amazing! Thank you Sue for this video.

  6. I liked the way you made your photos into a postcard. People love the nice quotes and it doesn’t come across as “buy me.” Yep I had to stretch the side just like you showed. The photo has likes and shares within the first 15 minutes. http://betterimagephoto.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/maternity-quote.jpg

  7. Thank you for sharing. I never thought I could create an outfit with no sewing skills or create movement through fabric. Seeing the behind the scenes images here and on CL opened my mind to the possibilities and made things I previously thought were unattainable, seem achievable and I’m very grateful for that.

  8. Dear Sue, I came across your work today while surfing the internet for photographic information and lessons.
I instantly fell in love with your pictures, these are just as what I have in mind for what pictures should be.
Just the normal next door woman, at every age, who can be a real glamourous lady.
Just as you said, and what I do think too, the beauty is within and we (as photographers) are able to bring it out and let it shine and capture it with beautifull pictures.
These before/after pictures do show this so very nice, it gave me a real boost to go on with my photographic goal.
I’m taking pictures now for about 3 years, as a hobby next to my regular job, learning a lot everyday.
This video is just great, this reveals something that lots of photographers do not share, you just give us real information on how things are done, a real glimpse behind the scene, this is what a lot of us starting photographers need.
Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much for sharing.
