This image received GOLD DISTINCTION this weekend at the Australian National Photography Awards. An accolade of excellence and one that made me cry and that I was very proud of. I made this dress myself, and created this backdrop from a painted wall I found blended, real flowers and with a water colour I painted on art paper. Then thanks to Hair extraordinaire Christophe Cornard & Makeup Aficionado Simona Janek we created a princess with the gorgeous Pippin Walton herself a Master Photographer and winner of many national awards. My favourite of my folio this year and my highest award there were tears and lots of joy.
